Do you want to allow others to see your ID Card activity online? Visit the "Grant additional access" section of the Personalize menu to grant access to up to 10 people to allow them to see your activity online without having to surrender your own password.
Is your card missing? If you have misplaced your card or you think it is being used fraudulently, visit the "Lost/Stolen" section of the Personalize menu to deactivate your account.
Need money from mom and dad? Visit the "Request Money" section of the Personalize menu and let us send an email on your behalf to request additional funds on your card from a relative or friend.
Low Balance Warning Visit the "Low Balance Warning" section of the Personalize menu to configure an automatic reminder email to be sent once your balance drops below a set amount. You can even send a copy to a friend or relative.
To set up an auto deposit for the first time, configure the settings when making a deposit. Go to the Make a Deposit section to configure your settings. The selected settings will then display here.
To activate your automatic deposit, check the Debit Dollars Account activation box. Then choose a deposit option.
Option 1: Enter your desired "Minimum" balance below. When your balance falls below this minimum - the "Amount" selected in the next section will automatically be added to your selected account using your credit card information provided. We recommend a minimum of at least $5.00.
REMEMBER: FLEX DOLLAR balances are -NOT- carried over between semesters.
Option 2: Choose a day of the week that you would like to receive a deposit.
Option 3: Choose a day of the month or the last day of each month that you would like to receive a deposit.
Complete the rest of the form with your credit card statement information and save.
